TeamSpirit contains a library of standard reports including global statistics such as headcount, starters and leavers, departmental analysis, age profiles, gender profiles and service profiles. As TeamSpirit allows any field within the system to be reported on, if the report that you need to produce does not already exist then a new report can be built using the system’s inherent report wizard. Also available is point in time data that lets you compare statistical information from different times of the year on over specific periods.
