With TeamSpirit Time & Attendance software, you can define work, break, overtime and shift profiles. Employees are linked to a shift profile for comparison with their clockings. The clockings are converted into attendance records and can be used for absence monitoring and analysis. The data can then be transferred directly to TeamSpirit Payroll Software module.
The system can be supplied with data collection terminals from Feedback Data Ltd. These can use secure bar code, magnetic stripe, proximity or biometric (fingerprint recognition) technology. You can create employee badges using the employee’s photograph available from TeamSpirit Personnel software module. You can also use the system to control access to a building.
Clockings can be collected in real-time so you can immediately see who’s in, or more importantly who's not in but should be, allowing for instance a supervisor to quickly react to potential problems.
