VACANCY FOR A SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION TRAINER

Responsible to: Client Implementation Manager
Summary:
TeamSpirit Software Ltd is an integrated HR and payroll software solution including Time & Attendance, P11d, Recruitment, Payroll and HR modules.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated person to assist clients with the implementation of our TeamSpirit HR and Payroll software which includes delivering effective training on the product.
You will work as part of a small team but also need the capability to work on your own initiative and maintain good client relationships.
You must be willing to travel and stay away from home on a regular basis.
Essential Skills:
Must be prepared to travel throughout the UK with regular overnight stays to deliver services to end users, although a proportion of the job will be home-based.
Good understanding of Payroll and HR processes and procedures.
Ability to acquire and utilise product knowledge to a detailed level in order to assist the client with the implementation of the software.
Previous experience delivering training courses.
Excellent presentation skills.
Highly PC literate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A confident, precise, and positive manner.
Clean driving licence.
Core Responsibilities:
To become an expert on the software and carry out hands-on implementation of this at client sites to an agreed timescale.
To carry out training on the entire TeamSpirit Software suite of modules.
To manage customer expectations and make key decisions when necessary.
To customise the software using the inbuilt system tools if required.
To assist with product documentation.
To assist with product enhancement specification and the testing of new product releases.
To make product presentations at client forums.
Benefits
Permanent Full Time Position.
Salary £23 -25k plus car allowance and mobile office equipment dependant on experience.
Home based role encompassing on average 4 days a week at client sites (to include hotel stays if required) and one day administration at home.
4 weeks holiday per year rising to a maximum of 5 weeks dependant on length of service.
Pension Scheme & BUPA dependant on length of service.
