TeamSpirit and Human Concepts brings workforce modelling to life

TeamSpirit and Human Concepts have announced they are working as partner software vendors to integrate OrgPlus software into TeamSpirit HR and payroll software.

OrgPlus is world-renowned for delivering workforce modelling and organisational charting solutions with 15 million employees worldwide covered by their software. By linking OrgPlus with TeamSpirit software, users can graphically display any HR or payroll data stored on the system to populate and update charts, reports and key performance indicators with the latest information. These can then be easily published over a company intranet or over a secure internet site.

Organisation charts are simple to create and update with the ability to ‘drag and drop’ individuals on a chart to enable easy updating and modification – which can also be used to form a company-wide directory. Pictures of employees can also be included, so charts become an effective method of communicating the individuals that make up a department.

Linking the payroll data from TeamSpirit into OrgPlus provides managers with a vital tool to quickly see the payroll cost of their department and to have the ability to evaluate ‘What If?’ scenarios - reformulating an organisational chart to review the financial impact of a reorganisation. OrgPlus allows for tiered security access, only allowing employees with the required authorisation to access the software.
