HR News - TeamSpirit and Intellinet team up to deliver automated workforce management
TeamSpirit and Intellinet have announced working together as partner software vendors to deliver - integrated HR, payroll and workforce management solutions.
Intellinet has an impressive client list which includes many of the UK’s leading retail and leisure brands including Blockbuster, Pizza Express and Game. It provides Intellinet staff management solutions such as RemotePay, which allows local - branch managers to automate routine HR and payroll tasks such as handling new recruits and staff leavers, calculating salaries and setting-up bank details. Additional modules include automated timesheets, staff rotas, workforce planning and staff attendance.
Extra costs, administration and frustration from employees arise from errors by managers when applying payroll rules – Intellinet ensures that the data entered is accurate and the rules are interpreted correctly. Intellinet also removes unnecessary paperwork –saving up to five hours per week for a branch manager in a retail outlet.
Data generated by Intellinet applications is approved and passed into TeamSpirit payroll software, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry and further automating the payroll process. Intellinet is one of a range of software vendors which can easily link into TeamSpirit, resulting in TeamSpirit being able to offer a complete end-to-end workforce management system.
