HR News - Selven Integrate HR & Payroll Software at Langstane Housing
Association
Suppliers of TeamSpirit Integrated Human Resource Software, Selven Group Ltd have just signed a five-year contract with Scottish Housing Association, Langstane.
Under the agreement Selven will provide Langstane Housing with its TeamSpirit Payroll and Personnel software modules to provide a fully integrated HR solution. The Payroll software module will go live in November and Personnel will follow in December.
Langstane Housing who previously used stand alone payroll and HR systems from two different suppliers were looking for a fully integrated Human Resource System to improve the speed and quality of information available to the organisation, whilst streamlining their current HR and payroll processes. As Langstane run payrolls for a small number of other local housing associations they also needed a payroll system that could administer a multi-company structure.
In addition to Langstane's current requirements it was imperative that their chosen system could evolve with their future plans to include HR Self Service and WebEnabled functionality.
Rob Hardy who headed the project for Langstane commented "We selected TeamSpirit from a shortlist of three. As well as providing all of the functionality that we needed, we felt that it was a straightforward system to use - even the non-payroll/HR staff involved with the project thought they'd be able to use it! We were also pleased to learn that TeamSpirit would have no problem handling the complex payroll calculations used by our organisation".
